Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Marinate the Wings:
In a large bowl, combine apple cider, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ground ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well combined.
Add the chicken wings to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for best flavor.
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
