The Recipe for Lemon Brownies

Brownies made with white chocolate are equally as fudgy as those made with dark chocolate.

Start by preheating the oven to 160ºC /325ºF. Prepare a 20x20 cm/8x8 inch parchment-lined square pan.

Butter in a small basin after melting.

Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Set aside. 110g butter,125g white chocolate/chips

Put granulated sugar and lemon zest in a large bowl.

 It should resemble wet sand after rubbing to unleash all the lemon taste. 

Whisk the sugar and melted butter/white chocolate with a hand whisk until blended.
