Pre-heat oven to 350°F (180°F) and line baking sheet with parchment.

Cut croissants in half. Put 2–3 cookie dough pieces in each croissant, seal, and top with more.

Space cookie croissants on your baking sheet. Bake 8–12 minutes in hot oven.
