Healthy gluten-free chocolate chunk banana cake

This cake's texture and flavor shocked us. Delicious and fluffy, easy to make in one bowl.  

Banana cake To make oat flour, process rolled oats in a food processor.   

Pulse until flour-like. If you don't have espresso powder, skip it! The cake will taste great!

Avocado oil or melted butter can replace olive oil.
