Healthy gluten-free chocolate chunk banana cake

You may manufacture your own oat flour by combining rolled oats and ingredients in a food processor if you do not already have oat flour on hand.   

Simply continue to pulse them until they reach a consistency similar to flour.  

Don't bother with it if you don't have any espresso powder on hand! And the cake will continue to have an amazing flavor!

Either a chocolate bar that has been chopped up or chocolate chips can be used.  

Instead, you might use nuts and seeds as an ingredient. In place of the olive oil, you might use avocado oil or butter that has been melted.  

This cake's flavor and texture were so great that we couldn't get enough of them.  

Incredibly easy to put together in a single dish, to say nothing of how tasty and fluffy it is.
